Starting a return is simple:

  • Let us know you'd like to return your order, and we'll reply with simple instructions on where to send it.

Your Refund Timeline

Once we receive your returned slippers, we'll inspect and process your refund promptly. Refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a little extra time to appear on your statement.

Condition & Return Shipping

Because this is a satisfaction guarantee, we accept returns in any condition within the 90-day window, so go ahead and try them at home with confidence.
